Privacy Policy

The only personal data this site collects is what you submit through its forms. A guide download, and the short request to talk to us found across the site, ask for your email address only. The form on the Talk to Us page also asks for your name and company, and optionally your role. We do not ask for a phone number or any other detail. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The free tools on app.meridiancogent.com have their own email model, described below.

We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (for example, which pages are visited). It is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information.

Your country, read from the request and not stored, sets the default currency for prices; if you choose a currency, that choice is kept in local storage on your device.

The TSA Exit Cost Calculator and the Day 1 Readiness Check on app.meridiancogent.com/tools can send you a PDF of your result. If you ask for one, we use your email address to send that PDF.

We keep a record of the request: your email address, which tool it came from, and the date. We never keep the figures you entered or the answers you gave. The record is kept for 12 months and then deleted, and it is never used for marketing.

You join our update list from a tool only if you tick the box to say so, and only after you confirm by clicking the link in the email we send you. Without both, you are not on the list.

The tools are hosted by Vercel. Resend sends the PDF emails and stores the request records and the update list. The tools use Cloudflare Turnstile as bot protection. All three are described under service providers.

• To reply to a request to talk, using the name, company, role and email address you gave us.
• To add you to our update list and send you occasional product updates by email.
• To send you a confirmation that we have received your request or sign-up.
• To notify our own team, at a role-based address, that a new request or sign-up has come in, including the details you submitted.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them outside MeridianCogent except with the service providers below who process it on our behalf.

• Resend — stores the update list (your email address and, if you gave it, your name) and delivers our email, including the internal notification that carries your company and role. For the free tools, Resend also sends the PDF you asked for and stores the record of that request (email address, tool and date). See resend.com for their terms and privacy information.
• Vercel — hosts this website and the free tools on app.meridiancogent.com, and provides the privacy-friendly analytics described above.
• Cloudflare — bot protection on our forms and free tools (Turnstile), which checks that a submission comes from a real browser and keeps a small entry in your browser's local storage to do this.

A record of a free-tool request (email address, tool and date) is kept for 12 months, then deleted.

We keep your details on the update list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them, or until we decide the list is no longer needed.

You can unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting hello@meridiancogent.com. You can also ask us to tell you what we hold about you or to delete it.

This policy covers this website and the free tools on app.meridiancogent.com/tools. Personal data processed within the MeridianCogent platform is governed by the agreement with the customer concerned. We will update this policy as the site changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
